Reed Carter Trial Team Scores Victory

The Reed Carter trial team scored a victory for their clients in a lawsuit against a flooring contractor. The contractor had installed wood floors in the client’s new home and within a month, the floors were buckling and moving to such a degree that they had to be removed and replaced by a different contractor. Reed Carter filed suit against the contractor and a Dallas County jury found that the contractor had breached his contract with our clients and awarded our clients monetary damages. We are proud for the opportunity to represent our clients and equally proud of the successful results.
