ABOUT ADAM
Adam has focused his entire career on litigation and has represented his clients in courts throughout the country. Adam’s goal is to build a relationship with clients for a deeper understanding of each unique situation. He is a sounding board for his clients. Adam's guidance helps them to make informed decisions so they can get back to life and business.

Adam is a native of Mesquite, Texas and attended Mesquite High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude and with Honors, from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. In 1997, he earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Texas Tech Law School. As a law student, Adam served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, as a Student Senator, and as an intern at the Washington Legal Foundation in Washington, D.C. He is licensed to practice law in state and Federal Courts in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Adam began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the 84th Judicial District, located in the Texas Panhandle. There, he began his path as career litigator by participating in his first trial--a capital murder case--three days after he was sworn in as a licensed attorney. He quickly gained trial experience, prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors, until he moved into private practice in Borger, Texas. In 2001, Adam joined a large, full-service defense firm located in Downtown Dallas, eventually becoming a partner at that firm. He represented all types of clients in litigation and transactional matters. He became well versed in representing clients who faced potential liabilities of millions of dollars, guiding them to successful results. But, he felt he could do more to help his clients. He departed that firm in 2014 and now has dedicated his practice to helping people and companies who have been damaged, whether it be personally or in their business. His clients come in all types and sizes, ranging from individuals and families to Fortune 500 corporations. No matter what kind of clients he applies the same approach, delivering personal service and exceptional results. Adam is passionate about representing his clients and gives them all the same individual attention and zealous legal advocacy.

Adam is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. His interests include traveling, running, theatre, and all types of outdoor activities. Adam, his wife Jennifer, and their son Michael reside in Dallas, Texas.
